Hi! Since Thursday April 3rd, every time we try to add a new screen we get this error: "Server error: could not add form. Please try again later!" We have tried on different days and different browsers but the error persists. Multiple users in our team are experiencing the same issue. Is there a known fix or workaround? Thank you!

No issues adding a screen on the code server here.
How many screens already in your project?
I do hope your multiple users are not attempting to access the same project at the same time?
Teams should designate a single team member as the Project Integrator.
Every member should give their aia export to the integrator, and the integrator should manage Designer copy paste into the final project.
