It turned out that two screens .bky files ( Quiz.bky and Diagnosis.bky ) had a slightly different xml format than “usual”.
A few tags where “self-closing” while normally there are opening and closing tags.
Wrote a php script to convert from one format to the other and the aia started working again.
As I understand, both formats should be equivalent but the editor does not digest both in the same way.
