I couldnt find it here so i wanted to ask how can i make it when a button is clicked to add a new instance of a component like a button and if possible how can i set the precise position of it.
You know about lists and ListViews, right?
You don't need to buy a new lawn mover for every new blade of grass.

In AI2 you will not create a 'new instance' of a Component...
The Component, its position, its color and all its properties are previously defined in the 'Designer', and can remain Invisible until some action -as the click on a particular Button of the layout- make such a Visible the hidden Component »

If you want to make a to do list, without extensions, (why didn't you ask this question to begin with?) I suggest you search the gallery for the many many examples you will find there.

i dont wanna copy someone but try to make stuff by my self and ask issues i run into here and take little components into one big thing to make one app which is a to do list in this case

That's commendable.
But to learn how to lay bricks, you must advance from seeing individual bricks to examples of brick walls.
You must study the List Picker component and how to use Lists.
