What kind of help? How to use the six digit code is described in Step 3 here Connect your Phone or Tablet over WiFi . It is generally easier to use the QR code.

You installed Companion which is used to test your project. Go to http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/, create a project and then click on connect , select Companion and you will get the code
