Scanning the code and getting information from the Google sheets

Good afternoon, friends!
Help me figure out how to create the app. I'm trying to create a program that, when scanning a QR code (Equipment Inventory Number), would receive information from Google sheets.
There are only four columns in the table: 1. Inventory number; 2. Serial number; 3. Counterparty; 4. Partner.

Instead of receiving the complete table and searching for the correct row, receive only the row you are interested in
