Program won't open

Good day! Me and my classmates made a program but then we can't open it anymore and the program won't export. How do we fix it?

This is what I see when I open the console

This URL allows you to open AI2 to the Project List, without opening any project.
http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/?autoload=false
From that list, you can request Exports of Projects without trying to open them.
Upload the troublesome .aia here.

In Neo:

Hi! Tried to download the program through the link that you sent, but it still won't download. I try to download a different program, and it download just fine.

The console send this

The ai2 server has a time slice limit that prevents it from being able to export or build oversized projects.

How much Media did you stuff into the Project?

How many Screens, and how many blocks?

Since it is a group project there are 8 of us editing the program. I assume that there's a lot of media uploaded. For the screens made, the last groupmate that edited said that it had 12 screens.

Unfortunately, there is no guide for using web browser colnole messages to diagnose projects.

Could your project have been corrupted by simultaneous update attempts?

AI2 is designed for single user single session updates.

I'm not sure if it corrupts or just because of multiple screens and media uploaded

For a group project like yours, I recommend designating one group member as the sole project integrator.

Have him copy Screens and blocks from other projects into the final project.

Only 10 screens are officially supported.

Does this mean we won't be able to open the program anymore? If not, thank you for trying to help resolving the issue. It is a great app, and I hope it grows more!

For safer source handling, have team developers mail their exported aia files to a single project integrator.

You might be able to open the Project enough to shrink it down to a more manageable size, by deleting Media files and screens, and stopping simultaneous update attempts.

the code.appinventor.mit.edu server has a bigger time slice, if you can get the aia export to complete.
