Push Notification

I am unable to ON Notification on my phone for my app made in MIT.
I have heard that Android 13 and above, The Notification is blocked permanently for apps made in MIT.
Tell me is there any method that will allow me push Notification permission active in my phone.
Please help me.

You have to ask for Post Notification permission and use an extension, which adds that permission also into the manifest
