That is much to big. You have to open it with winzip and remove the assets that are to big.

I can't upload more than 19 medias

The aia size limit is 30 MB for http://ai2-test.appinventor.mit.edu/ and 50 MB for http://code.appinventor.mit.edu/ The maximum size of a file that can be uploaded to assets (→ Media) in the designer is 5 MB. This can be circumvented by inserting the file into the assets using 7-Zip / WinRAR. See also here:
