I'm creating an application to control my stock orders

I work for a company that receives parcels from the courier and we organise the parcel in our stock, indicating the exact location of the parcel. For example, shelf A5.

I've been doing all this on Google Sheet, but it would be easier to have an app to scan the QR Code on the parcel and add the shelf it's on.

However, I don't understand how to retrieve this information from my spreadsheet and display it on my mobile phone.

Could anyone help?
