where is bug on this program?

I have uploaded three photos in the program design section. And in the blog section, I have entered these three photos into the list. I did not give a place to the photos.
what exactly does that mean? Please elaborate
some observations:
- I would initialize the global variable count with a numeric 1 instead of a string 1
- also I would set the image to visible from the beginning and
