I can't upload more than 19 medias; If I upload the 20rd media, the name of the media and the media itself, will be damaged. but I can still see the preview of the media

How big are the respective files and how big are these 19 files in total?

The aia size limit is
- 30 MB for http://ai2-test.appinventor.mit.edu/ and
- 50 MB for http://code.appinventor.mit.edu/
The maximum size of a file that can be uploaded to assets (→ Media) in the designer is 5 MB.
This can be circumvented by inserting the file into the assets using 7-Zip / WinRAR.
