How do you install the emulator in a computer which has AMD Ryzen 7 processor?

How do you install the emulator in a computer which has AMD Ryzen 7 processor?. For me it's being impossible even if I tried to inactivate hyper-v, activate whpx and several more attempts. Have you got it? The computer has windows 11 home.
