How do you blur an image?

Hello
is there a way to blur an image ?

I tested [Free] BlurBackground with image. My 11th extension but it doesn't works each time and the result is not really an image.
I tried too [PAID] ImageEditor Extension ((Unleash Your Artistic Vision in Image Editing!))
but i obtain error (it seems it don't really works on AI)

and i didn' t found any other solution...

Try the image editor extension fro Mika, it is a bit older but might still work...
