Error 908:The permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE has been denied- In a tag saving app

Hey,
I have made an app in which I have used Cloud DB.
I can get the data whenever I want. However as soon as i save the button to save the data in my developed app,
ERROR 908: The permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE has been denied. Pls enable it in the settings app.
This error comes
I don't know from where to enable the write external storage option. I have tried using different device but still no change. What to do???
Pls tell ASAP as I have to submit it for my School Project
