I have an Asus Zen Book 14 laptop that runs Win11 OS.
My App Inventor version is 30.265.0.
I have downloaded the latest version of aiStarter but it doesn't work correctly.
Every time I try to open it I get the following error message.
Is there anyone who knows how to fix it?

There are alternate emulators you can try standalone on Windows without Aistarter for debugging, using Connect -> Companion.

I had to run a special script (see FAQ) to get HAXM installed on Windows 11 Home.
I use Memu Play and ignore the ads, for the full features and flexibility.
I have not used Aistarter in years.
