Edit : It's not worth saying, but it's better to say it...the BT device shall be recognized and paired to the phone before it can work. And BT and Geolocalisation permissions shall be granted, as well...but this is an "old story"... 
EDIT : I've also forgotten to say that SBT is the free app Serial Bluetoot Terminal, that can be downloaded free from the playtore. Sorry my 67 winters are heavy to load ....
