You probably will get more feedback then...
which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...
To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...

Yes it is a chat app that allows communication between two android phones when they are connected to bluetooth. We think the main issue is the client server that you mentioned. The phones have to be able to switch between being the client and the server based on whether they are receiving the message or sending it. I have certainly bit off more than I can chew here base on my skillset!
