Here is my project.
It works.
One thing I whant to improve is to avoid the necessity to manually open the file on the beginning, but make it happen automaticaly.

My understanding is, if you are using the SAF extension, then user interaction is required in order to select a file to work with, at least for the first time.

SAF: App Inventor implementation of Storage Access Framework

In short, you can't use SAF without using one of these blocks: [grafik] To create a new doc, the first block and the CreateDocument (plus TakePersistableUriPermission) block must be used. The second block must be used to read or write to an existing doc (and it seems this is also possible without PersistableUriPermission).
