Voice input from standby mode

I have an app that I am planning myself.
Recording with voice input from Android/iPhone standby mode,
We are trying to realize a function that separates processing depending on keywords.

I heard that it is difficult to do it directly with App Inventor 2.
Is there a way to achieve this using a plugin or something?
