Unable to find expert toolkit blocks

Hi to MIT App Inventor and all user,
I would like to request help about the limited choice in BLOCKS.

In BLOCKS, I have only got TEXT, MATH, VARIABLES and COLORS,
there is no LIST in it.

but there is a MAKE A LIST as option under colors column,
all the other option like CREATE EMPTY LIST, ADD ITEM TO LIST, LENGHT OF LIST, INDEX IN LIST etc has never appeared.

I tried with Chrome and Firefox, both shown the same.
May I enquire how should I get all the other option back please.

Check you have the toolkit to expert:

we get that question very often, that someone does not find components in the components palette...

therefore it would be very interesting for us to know, why you did not select "Toolkit Expert" from the beginning to get all the blocks...

Later you can get the Expert toolkit in the properties of your project like this

Haha, I have 0 experience, this is my very first try to built an app. I wouldn't think myself as an expert, so... a BEGINNER was my choice.
But thanks for all of your kind reply, now I know there is diffrences.

Maybe, App Inventor could add some notes beside the choice list?
for example:
BEGINNER - has only basic and limited components, suitable for light app set up.
INTERMEDIET - specific components added
Expert - has full set components, could provide full funtion app setup.
