Добрый день. Проблема в вызове звонка. в андройд 11 функция не работает. посмотрел много тем, но ничего не помогло.

Welcome to the Forum! You have come to the right place for help - but I'm not sure what help you need. I'm going to assume you are not using a microcontroller to ring a physical bell but trying to play a sound in the APP?
Tell us exactly what you are trying to do and show us your blocks:
Right-mouse in the Blocks work area and select "Download Blocks as image"

If Phone1.MakePhoneCall doesn't work, try using Phone1.MakePhoneCallDirect, I've faced some issues with the former in the past.
нет, список вызовов работает, но там нет контактов которые надо вызвать

You cannot pick Contacts via the Contact Picker because it is currently pointing at the wrong directory. Should be fixed in the next bug patch release due out soon.
You could use an extension: App Inventor Extensions | Pura Vida Apps
