The blocks area did not load properly. Changes to the blocks for screen 6212048420470784_Screen1 will not be saved

I started getting the noted error. The block section only has two blocks loaded the rest are gone.

Any help is much appreciated.

Load your latest backup and restart from there

Thanks for the prompt response.

I just started the app yesterday, and I did not create a backup (my mistake). Does that mean I have to start from scratch (2 days worth of work), and do we know what causes these errors.
