To test Bluetooth a real device might be required

thanks.
tested the code here, not work either both in Samsung phone and web simulator;
guess some thing changed, remember few years ago, the apk ba able to tedect many devices.
It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select "Download Blocks as Image". You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.

the blocks image attached in #1, and the buttob image here:
simply like to get ESP32 connected by bluetooth.
Are you saying, you still do not ask for permissions? Why? Check again the link I previously provided

Thanks.
sorry I didn't add code to grant Permission yet, I'll do it later if it is possible to get devices list by permit in classic BT;
I found one BLE apk, works well on Samsung phone still fail to scan on BlueStack simulator. few questions:
- maybe the BLE works, classic BT not?
- why these kinds of apk can't be used by web simulator like BlueStack?
- the link for the apk mentioned above:
Thanks.
BlueStacks, as with most (all?) emulators, does not support access to the host device's Bluetooth hardware.
Here's the post on their support site explaining that what you're trying to do is not supported: https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061235612-Bluetooth-support-on-BlueStacks-5
