Problema con file CSV

Salve,
sto creando un elenco in un file XLS che vado poi a salvare come file CSV da poter leggere tramite la mia app. Come mai, quando vado a leggere il file CSV; mi compaiono dei segni strani?

From the web component, try using the uriDecode block on your csv when importing it/converting to list/viewing

Can you share the csv file, so we can have a look at it? (You may need to rename csv to txt?)

OK, first thing is that the csv file is not in UTF-8 format. See what you can do in Excel to save the file out as UTF-8.

Lazy fix with blocks:

I have replaced the offending UTF-8 replacement text %EF&BF%BD% with a space
