Notifier.AfterChoosing Error

Hi, hope you are doing well and staying safe! I have researched a lot and I am having a problem with notifier. When the user clicks on a the 'Go back to home screen' button, I want it to take them to a new screen, but there seems to be something wrong in my code. Please help! Thank you in advance.
