Need the newest version of the typewriter effect

Hello all, I am new with MIT App Inventor. I was looking for an extension for a typewriter effect and I found one here, Text Typewriter View.

Its very good, but then I saw the new updated one and it was better. But I cannot find the download link anywhere. Can anyone help me?
