Maybe, what is possible depends on which server you used and if you accidentally deleted your Blocks. Were you using ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/ or code.appinventor.mit.edu/ ?
Did you sign in using your Google gmail Account? Is the Project listed in your Projects?
or did you use the code server and use a log in code.
Describe exactly what you were doing when you lost your Blocks? Any error messages.
