MIT app inventor(emulator) not running after installation (of aiStarter)

My MIT app inventor can't running. please help me.
The message in black windows is:

Platform = Windows
AppInventor tools located here: "C:\Program Files (x86)"
Bottle server starting up (using WSGIRefServer())...
Listening on http://127.0.0.1:8004/
Hit Ctrl-C to quit.

Simply just restart your laptop or computer.

You only started the aiStarter app you installed to use the emulator. You clicked on the aiStarter icon on your desktop... see #1, then you see a normal black screen that demonstrates that aiStarter is running correctly, next you need to start the emulator (go to Connect > Emulator shown at #3,#4

Ok. It appears you did not read all the instructions advising on how to use App Inventor.

The Designer screen does not pop up automatically after you run aiStarter.

You must start the App Inventor 2 Web software. This does not happen automatically. One way to get the App Inventor screen is to go to http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/
and sign in. Then go to the #3 and #4 advice shown earlier.
