When loading the emulator with an application, it doesn't go from there, it's been like this for a long time and it doesn't do anything. What can I do with that problem?
Look down at your task bar to see if a new program has started running on your PC.
The window you showed us is for a background process, to help diagnose emulator problems, and not the emulator itself.
