Listview more aesthetic

Hello everyone,

I am finishing making an App that already works well.

Now I'm trying to make it more elegant.

In the screenshot you can see that the listview has two lines and an image.

What I see is that the icon only appears in the first line, and is off-center of each record.

Is there any other listview that is more aesthetically pleasing?

I had found the Colin Tree ListView Extension, and works as expected.
