From reading and running your code, I see that you load the CSV file into a dictionary with column 3 as its keys, and as values a list of the corresponding column 2 values.
The app does that okay, aside from an awkward load into the global variable leercsv. I would have set leercsv directly to the List From CSV Table output, to skip having to operate on item 1 of that variable.
But from the title of your post, I guess you are looking for any post in
