Links to Tutorials not working

I am trying to look at the different tutorials but none of the links are working. Some examples that aren't working are:

https://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/magic-8-ball
https://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/space-invaders

When I click on these links on Chrome I get the following message:

I have also tried these links on Edge and they don't work there either.

I also tried accessing these sites on my phone using mobile data in case my own WiFi was causing the issue, but they don't work on mobile data either.

Interestingly, some links such as the Hello Purr tutorial do work.

Does anyone have any advice?
