Its doesn't connect to aiStarter Emulator. My aistarter version is up-to-date. I need help.

aistarter is very finicky.
Try installing a different emulator, and load a fresh Companion.apk to that emulator.
Then connect through the AI2 Connect->Companion sequence against a runnning Companion app in your new emulator.

Do I need to install an android emulator like bluestacks, memu play etc. to use ai starter?
No, but you can use those if aistarter refuses to work.
