I was trying to download the MIT installer but you also have to download the HAXM( Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager Setup). However, I keep getting an error message saying that the system requirements are not satisfied.

I get this message too. I don't know what to do anymore...
- get a new pc that uses an Intel cpu.
- get a third party emulator, there are many
- get an old Android without service to use for live development. WIFI works without a service contract.
- get a copy of the original aiStarter. The old emulator still works fine on my Win10 pc.
- wait until MIT fixes the issue, they have known about it for over a year.
