How do you create chat room with CloudDB?

I will like to create a chat room with CloudDB but will it be compulsory for those in the chat room to have the app ??

If you use the MIt CloudDB, users certainly will require the app to participate or share using an app that shares a CloudDB token.CloudDBToken

All users need to be connected to the identical database to allow real time sharing.
