How do you create own TinyWebDB database on own web host's server?

The instructions that I have gleaned appear to assume using Google web space and Google's App Engine. These are in Create a Web Database (Python 2.7) | App Inventor API.
What if I have my own website on a different rented web host? It is not clear to me exactly how this code can be easily modified to do so.
All advice welcomed.
