How do I remove background from an image?

Hello everyone,

My name is Alessandro, I'm Italian, and I'm a new member.
I'm trying to make an APP to manage my wine cellar.
I created a first SCREEN where I enter the characteristics of the bottle (name, type, cellar, year, etc.).
I would also like to insert a photo (either using my phone camera or uploading it from my gallery): I have the keys set up but the photo of the wine bottle I take/insert should not have a background.
If possible, I would like to do it automatically and free of charge.
I've been reading various posts from this community for days looking for a solution but I haven't been able to solve the problem.
Can any of you help me?

I forgot to preface this by saying that I'm not a developer/programmer like most of you. I am an engineer but, unfortunately, a civilian.
I registered with GBRemove, and I have a key: however, I read that the site will close in December 2026. What do you think the best solution would be?
If it can help me better understand the work I've done on my APP, I can upload the blocks of my n°3 screens here.

Looks like the web interface is being moved to Canva, but the API will be available through Leonardo.API

Would have to have a play to see how it all works...

Are you developing for Android, can you use extensions ?

yes..I'm creating this personal APP of mine to use on my Android smartphone...
So yes, I think I can use extensions..
