First read and do the tutorials in "App Inventor 2" book by Dave Wolber, et. al. — App Inventor Foundation
Start with a simple model using the advice at ChatGPT App and the ChatBot control to converse with AI, TextToSpeech control to have the AI actually talk to you, TextBox to post the response of the AI in words, and SpeechRecognizer to actually talk to the AI (instead of inputting text).
Put the pieces together an you have a basic voice assistant. Make it pretty with other App Inventor Controls

You guys are going to have to learn how to use App Inventor. Do the tutorial, try the simple app then when you get it working, add the fancy stuff .
