How do I add minSDK to manifest, does TinyDB and SimpleSQLite support KitKat version?

I needs to add minSDK in manifest editor for the Bible.aia to run this app on Android 4.0,
Is it possible that SimpleSQLite, TinyDB and other components to function on the lower version of Android?

Is there an Manifest editor to edit the xml file. I tried apktool that successfully decompiles and builds the apk, but this apk does not install when minSDK is added to manifest file.

What is the correct solution?

I cannot offer advice on whether SimpleSqlite will work on Android 4.0 Kitkat. However @Taifun's Sqlite extension indicates Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the lowest version. Suggest you try it and see what happens. Other AppInventor native components should work, unless they specifically indicate a lowest version.
