How can I transfer the listview elements as a file to the phone of the user?

there is no any option to choose the application to open with.

According to your blocks, you stored a csv file in shared storage /Documents
Use a file manager app to find and open it
For example Total Commander

Thanks i managed to open the file but the file is empty.

Delete the file manually and restart your test
Are you using the companion app?

Also you can try to read the file using the file component to check

You moved your file to shared /Documents/..., but you are not opening file from this path.
