How can I transfer the listview elements as a file to the phone of the user?

Ok thanks,let me try it.

I get the file to my device but i can't open,i get the notification that the file format is not supported...Please help me what to do?

Show your block

The first time I downloaded a .txt file to my phone, I had to look in the Play Store for a simple text editor program that could open the file for editting and inspection.

It was so plain and generic, it went under the name "Text Editor".

here the blocks

Please, please, look at my post above for the correct blocks....

I can see them ,but what shall i write in here..

Those blocks simply create the initial data for the list

Updated to include notifier filename input:

Thank you TIMAI2, let me try it i will notify you in case i stuck.

I tried this way but still no i get the notification "The file format is not supported".

From your app/project or when you try to open it on your device?

Screenshot of this notification ?

when i try to open in my device..

Then it is a device issue. You need to set a default program to open txt/csv files.

how??

You could try this app:

Your device should offer you an option to use it to open txt/csv files, you should also be able to set this as default or be asked again next time.

Easier, just open the Text Viewer app and then use Open to find the file you want to view.

this is what i can see i cant find the file i need to open...

yes i do.

Then I do not know, your default file manager does not work like mine.....

Try the other way, use your default file manager to find the file, then open with Textviewer app ?
