How can I have a "floating" menubar?

I have a menubar composed of a HorizontalScrollArrangement and 6 buttons
My screen is scrollable. I would like the manubar to "float" at the top of the screen when the screen is scrolled

Remove Scrollable from screen and use a VerticalScrillArrangement and a horizontalArrangement with the buttons on top (not inside). So, you will have the buttons fixed on top and you can scroll in the vertical arrangement.
