Help needed with school project

Hello everybody,

My name is Jason and I am a senior in Highschool. For my informatics class we need to make an app on appinventor with at least 10 screens.
However, my project partner and I are both beginners with this system as we did not have any IT classes due to the pandemic.
You can imagine the need for a good grade is very high as we are both seniors. So if anyone could be so kind to share their app for us to use as an example, that would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
Jason

Since it is a schoolproject i guess your teachers expect you to build it yourself. That is expected in every country (dus ook in Nederland.)

That being said. You can find other projects here https://gallery.appinventor.mit.edu/featured/ and for instance here http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/tutorials.html.

@Jason_Nieman Tell us what type of app you want to create so we can help you

Welcome Jason.

You do need to learn to use App Inventor to develop your Project. The course requirement that your Project require at least 10 Screens is a bit odd. Your teacher must have a reason and there must be more direction other than to build a 10 Screen Project (I hope).

You didn't have any IT classes. Sorry you are in that situation. The following resources provide one way for you and your partner to get up to speed. A book and a free short programming course included should help you guys learn quickly.

Here are some resources to help you learn to use the AI2 tools. A very good way to learn App Inventor is to read the free Inventor's Manual here in the AI2 free online eBook http://www.appinventor.org/book2 ... the links are at the bottom of the Web page. The book 'teaches' users how to program with AI2 blocks.

There is a free programming course here http://www.appinventor.org/content/CourseInABox/Intro and the aia files for the projects in the book are here: http://www.appinventor.org/bookFiles

How to do a lot of basic things with App Inventor are described here: http://www.appinventor.org/content/howDoYou/eventHandling .

Also look here http://kio4.com/appinventor/index.htm and here http://www.imagnity.com/tutorial-index/ for more tutorials.

Learn about components http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/reference/components/
and visit the Library http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/library Help>Library on the MENU

Write your own code. As you develop your Project, it you have specific questions, the community is glad to provide advice if you post here.

Good luck. Use the resources, try to code a simple Project, do the tutorials and you guys will have a fine Project when you are done.

its a very free project, however it has to do something with helping human behaviour. For example an app that helps you track your daily calorie intake or something like that. The other restriction is that it should have at least 10 screens. if you could help me out in any way it would be highly appreciated

Can you use "Virtual Screen" instead of Screen?

Dato che è un progetto scolastico, immagino che i tuoi insegnanti si aspettino che tu lo costruisca da solo. Questo è previsto in ogni paese (dus ook in Nederland. :occhiolino:)
