Help Emulator for Mac

The emulator does not work on my Mac. I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes and the emulator does not appear. I tried almost everything re-install and terminate the ADB and reinstall... everything. But it just doesn't pop up the emulator... Help!!!!!

My mac is Macbook pro 2021 apple M1 pro, ver12.4 Monterey.
