As i understood, he want to tell
"you are using wrong path. make sure using 'save dic' as external storage. the component is not providing to save in 'sdcard'."

well, fundamental problem was "how to make pic shot whole screen, not to right frame" and solved
and another problem was "why cannot save file with basic component?",
half solved but couldnt solve new version of android(aka API lv)
