It's not very extensive. The regions most interested in Privacy Policy are the EU, UK, USA, so any policy should cover their requirements, especially with regards to children.
This sentence:
We use Tiny DB for storing user preferences. Which stores all the preferences in your device only and we do not collect anything as stated above.
....is too technical.
It should simply be something like: Your User preferences are only stored on your device.
There are a number of free online services you could use to create a really good PP.

Users don't know what "TinyDB" is if they have never used App Inventor, the same way that the Settings app refers to the READ and WRITE permissions as "Files and media".

Hmmm - don't scorn the help from others, especially when it is obvious to all that you need to take a step back and listen to the advice you are being given. Gordon_Lu has done nothing sinister, he was just trying to save you from yourself by demonstration how online services can make a difficult task easier.
The members of your 'organisation' clearly do not know what they are doing if they gave approval/helped to write your policy. It may not be the case but it looks like you are an organisation of one person.....
That is no better than your original, with the exact same reference to technical aspects that Users would not understand, nor need to.
So, you have been given good advice and a helping hand, it's your App and your decision about what you want to do.
I ask everyone to leave Hmmm to sort out his policy alone now, he has all the information required.

Greetings everyone,
I am excited to announce that I will soon be making my app, built on App Inventor, open source under the MIT license on GitHub. However, before releasing it, I need to refine some aspects such as adding a credits page and making other necessary improvements.
I understand that some of you may have concerns about the quality of the blocks, and I want to acknowledge that there may be room for improvement in terms of organization and clarity.
