Error 802 (ENOENT (No such file or directory) when using Sound Recording)

Hi,

There is the Error 802 which has appeared in the app created in 2018. I think the problem may be from the setting of Sound Recorder. Might there have been any change of setting which makes the previous built apps not works? Would there be any solution on it?

I think the latest version of Android has protected most of the folders from writing and reading, which causes the failure of code blocks' running.

ERROR 701:Unable to load /storage/emulated/0/Download/recording.3gp
