When I try to run the emulator on MacOS 10.13.6 I get the error "emulator64-arm quit unexpectedly." Is there anything I can try?

Based on your error message, it sounds like you're probably using version 2.3 of the setup tools. For OS X 10.13, you'll want to make sure you install the beta for 3.0.1, which you can download from the link on this post:
