The emulator control menu does not appear on linux mint 19.3 cinnmon 64 edition is there a way to display it

Hi

There is a Windows executable for it, I do not know if there is something similar for Linux but I doubt there is. Are you able to use the Companion? That's much more important.

The emulator package is pretty old for Linux. You may want to install aiStarter and then run a newer emulator instance from Android Studio. Once you start an emulator image from Android Studio, you can install the emulator apk (link). The downside of this approach is that you need to start the emulator through Android Studio first before selecting the Emulator option in the Connect menu.
