I have created an app and downloaded it there is a problem with the app it is not connecting to the Bluetooth and showing that it is not connected to any device so please help me to get out of this problem

There are a myriad of potential reasons why Bluetooth is not connecting - did it work before?
It could be the device setup - ensure that Location is switched on (and Bluetooth of course).
Is there an error message?
